Nock-Ten heading for Hainan, northern Vietnam

Nock-Ten has cleared the Philippines, and is now making its way to Hainan, just south (but part) of mainland China. The system remains weak, and although some forecast models are showing some potential for strengthening, its more likely that this will largely be a rain maker. After crossing Hainan, Nock-Ten is likely to make landfall again, somewhere between Da Nang and Hanoi, Vietnam.
