Ma-on and Dora to miss developing countries

Ma-on is now very unlikely to impact North or South Korea in any significant way. The storm is now on the Japanese coast and will likely pull back away from the coast during the next 24 hours. That should reduce the risk to major Japanese cities and the nuclear disaster further up the coast.

Meanwhile, Dora, is gaining strength and will likely be a hurricane within the next 24 hours, however the storm will parallel the Mexican coast and will not impact land, other than some rough surf along the central Pacific coast of Mexico.

Neither storm is currently a major threat to the developing world.
