Nock-Ten formed east of the Philippines during the day today. The very weak storm is currently tracking close to the eastward islands, and will likely make it's way over Luzon, well north of Manila later today, and cross the island over the course of tomorrow. The storm should cause only minimal damage to the island as Nock-Ten is currently barely a named storm. After it emerges into the South China sea, it will start to gain some strength and make its way towards southern China, or possibly northern Vietnam.
